My Favorite Quarantine Workouts

I am the kind of person who doesn't like to continue to do the same workout over and over again because I get bored. It is also important to mix it up so that you can work different muscles and not just focus on the same ones.

Ra Yoga: RaYoga has a $20 a month or $200 a year live streaming system where you can stream up to five classes a day or watch classes from the day before. I personally love the Yogalates classes and attended these before quarantine as they combine yoga and the core components of pilates.

I have been loving Sanne's 10 minute booty burn and try to do it at least twice a week. She also has a lot of other great workout videos such as a 10-minute ab workout and 20-minute full body workouts.

This ab workout burns! I love to work my abs and try to do an ab workout once a day.

I love this workout because the moves don't seem that bad, but once I got started, I was out of breath and could really feel the effects of this fully body workout.

Revolve Live:

Revolve has been hosting lives everyday with different fun workouts and with fun brands and people! They let you know what you need and you can tune in to workout. I am the kind of person that loves working out with other people so this is a great way to workout with other people.

Danielle Bernstein, or you may know her by the Instagram @WeWoreWhat, hosts live workouts which are then put onto her IGTV. Join her in doing a little pre-dance party to get warmed up and then go through the about 30 minute workouts.
