What I Wore For Sorority Recruitment

Updated: Mar 23, 2020

Round One!

Open Invite- Jeans and the t-shirt that they gave us.

It was raining one of the days, so I opted on wearing boots instead of the sneakers I had planned on wearing.

Round Two!

Philanthropy Round- What you would wear to a family dinner

I liked the dress code for this round because I find that I wear these clothes just about any day and I love jeans. I think a black sweater with blue jeans is such a classic look and was perfect with this round, I paired it with my cheetah jacket and got so many compliments!

Round Three!

Sisterhood Rounds- Dressy Casual: cute dress or skirt with boots or heels or flats.

I wore tights under both of these outfits because it was so cold here in Indiana. This was a fun round to dress up for because everyone kind of had their own way of expressing their dressy casual side. For the first look I went to Aritzia when they were having their sale and got the skirt and top.

Round Four!

Preference Round- Cocktail dress with heels

It was FREEZING this day, like the weather actually said it felt like -1 degrees. I walked around in sweatpants and UGGs until I got to the chapter and looked presentable.

The process is long and draining, but I think that it was so fun and I got to meet so many people. Even if you don't want to be in a sorority I highly recommend going through the process, because you may end up finding a chapter that you love!
